Descending Top Chart Patterns

Successively lower peaks signified a descending chart pattern. The pattern typically signals a downtrend in the stock.

This chart pattern can also be used to signal a trend reversal. If the most recent peak in price is higher than the previous peak , then this would signal a bullish signal assuming a downtrend existed already.
